Returns Policy

NIKKI BRANDS, LLC must be notified by email within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over fifteen (15) days old are non-returnable or refundable. Return shipping fees apply. Once your item has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items on the same method of payment you purchased the order with. All items need to be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be in unopened and in the original packaging. IMPORTANT: Must Email us the tracking number for your returns, and when mailing your returns to NIKKI BRANDS, LLC, please ensure you include your name, business name, e-mail address, contact number and reason for returning.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 - Orders under $50 ship for only $3.95. MOST ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY-FRIDAY) STANDARD SHIPPING: You will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days using UPS, Fedex, and United States Postal Service with our standard shipping. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Two-Days (2-3 Business Day) PRIORITY SHIPPING: One-Day (1-2 Business Day) *Priority and Expedited are not available for P.O. Box addresses. For your protection, all orders are screened for security purposes. If your order is selected for review, our Loss Prevention Team may contact you by phone or email. There may be a two business day delay to process your order. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: While most international packages shipped using USPS First Class International mail are delivered within 7-14 days, in rare instances, delays of up to 3-4 weeks have been experienced once the package has left the United States. We are not responsible if your package is delayed during shipping or held up in customs. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Nikki Brands, LLC has no control over delays through customs, customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. At times, custom policies may also delay the delivery of your package. Please be aware that the tracking number is NOT available with USPS First Class International mail. Items that are shipped via this method are not insured and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Though we are willing to work personally with you to help resolve concerns if this issue arises.
