Returns
Returns may be accepted within 15 days of delivery on unopened, unused products in their original condition.

Authorization Required
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled case by case. Reach out and we’ll help find the best solution for your order.


Lash Adhesive Notice

Due to the professional and sanitary nature of lash adhesives, opened adhesive bottles cannot be returned or refunded. This helps protect product freshness, safety, and integrity.

Lash adhesive performance can be affected by humidity, temperature, storage, application technique, and how long the bottle has been opened. If you have a concern with an adhesive, please contact us. We may ask for details such as your room humidity, room temperature, storage method, date opened, and application process so we can help troubleshoot.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
