Subscription Policy

NikkiLash offers Subscribe & Save options on select professional lash products to help lash artists keep their favorite products on hand with automatic restocks.

How Subscribe & Save Works

When you choose Subscribe & Save, your selected product will automatically renew based on the delivery frequency you choose at checkout. Available delivery options may include every 4 weeks, 6 weeks, or 8 weeks, depending on the product.

Subscription orders receive the discount shown at the time of purchase. The discount applies to eligible subscription products only.

Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription product, you agree that NikkiLash will automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order based on your selected delivery frequency, unless you skip, pause, or cancel your subscription before the next order is processed.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscription through their customer account. You may update your payment method, shipping address, delivery frequency, skip an upcoming order, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions may be skipped, paused, or canceled anytime before the next order is processed. There is no minimum order requirement.

Order Processing

Once a subscription order has been processed or fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel that order. Please make any subscription changes before your next scheduled order date.

Shipping, Taxes, and Fees

Shipping charges, taxes, and any applicable fees are calculated at checkout and may apply to each recurring subscription order.

Product Availability

Subscription availability may vary by product. If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, discontinued, or temporarily out of stock, NikkiLash may contact you with available options, pause the subscription, or cancel the affected subscription.

Returns

Subscription orders follow the NikkiLash return policy. For professional beauty and lash products, returned items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original condition.
