NIKKI BRANDS, LLC must be notified by email within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over fifteen (15) days old are non-returnable or refundable. Return shipping fees apply. Once your item has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items on the same method of payment you purchased the order with. All items need to be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be in unopened and in the original packaging. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
